Help support bicycling in our community. Become a member of the Mount Baker Bicycle Club!

Membership dues combined with sponsorships and donated gifts contribute to our mission of bicycle advocacy, commuting, safety, sport, fitness, and education. MBBC members join a family of Whatcom County cyclists working toward better conditions and opportunities for cycling locally and across our state.

Fill it out and send it in with a check. Dues are $20/year for individuals and $30/year for more than 1 person living at the same address (“family” or “associate” membership). The MBBC membership term is by calendar year: all membership renewals are due every January. Full membership payments made September through December count as the full payment for the following year.
New full-year membership cards are distributed at the annual reception in January (which is also a good time to renew) or mailed at the same time newsletters are mailed.

Corporate Memberships

The MBBC encourages local companies to promote healthy living and bicycling amongst your employees. Sign up for a corporate membership which includes all your employees. Up to 10 people working at the same company can sign up, and the company’s membership dues are $150/year. More than 10 people and the company’s dues are $250. In addition to individual membership options (see listing on the right), corporate members can

  • Set up your own company rides with your own MBBC-trained ride leaders.
  • Be covered during rides under MBBC’s liability insurance, since, as club members your company rides will be MBBC rides.
  • Receive monthly newsletters to display at the office.
  • Be recognized on the MBBC website.
  • Receive help setting up safe bike routes to work for your bike commuters.
