2 Ride Leaders, Ciaran Roe and Peter Krippner, will be leading 6 days of rides in the Penticton area. This will be a flexible tour where you choose which days you want to ride or rest. You make your own lodging arrangement in Penticton and show up for the routes you want to do. Since these rides are in Canada they are not covered by MBBC insurance. The routes are a combination of road and gravel cycling. Review the routes to determine the best type of bike(s) to bring.
Tempo: On gravel A-B (10-12/13-16) depending on conditions; on pavement C (14-18) some rides will have 2 ride leaders to accomodate different paces.
Topography: between B-C. Most rides have a good amount of elevation gain.
Traffic: is mostly unknown. We are using routes from local clubs or events. Some have portions on highways. Gravel rides should have minimal traffic.
Terrain: for gravel rides C. For road rides B.
