We are a club of bicycle enthusiasts: roadies, racers, commuters, cruisers, tandemers, recreational riders, mountain bikers, cyclocrossers, recumbent-riders, fitness lovers, advocates… We are located in Bellingham, Whatcom County, Washington – in the northwestern corner of the state.

  • Bike Travelogue Show: February 4, 2016. MBBC member Susan Willhoft will give a presentation about her epic bike tour through Idaho and the Montana Rockies. 7-9 pm at Whatcom Museum. Get a sneak preview of Susan’s talk: check out her Story Map of the ride! Scroll down on the left to see photos and read about each day.
  • Healthy Knees Cycling author talk: February 5, 2016. – MBBC member and sponsor Robin Robertson, whose new book hit #1 on the Amazon New Releases list on its first day, will give a talk about the book and cycling to keep your knees healthy. 7pm at Village Books in Fairhaven.
  • Recreation Northwest Expo: February 26, 2016. 4-8pm at Depot Market.
  • Chilly Hilly Ride: February 28, 2016. Bainbridge Island.
  • Cycle Moles Winter Camps drop-in spinning classes, 4X a week. And the new session of ‘Moles boot camps starts on February 29. See details on ‘Moles Site.


  • Call for Volunteers for March 5 & 6: We need club members to staff the MBBC booth at the Seattle Bike Expo at Century Link Field Conference Center on March 5 and 6 (Saturday and Sunday). Work a 2 hour shift and get complimentary admission to the show which includes bike exhibits as well as the Outdoor Recreation Expo and the Seattle Golf Show. Sign up for your shift: contact or
  • City Parks Trail-Work-Parties City of Bellingham Parks Department are starting back up for winter/spring. Many opportunities to help.
